Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be received in writing via email, fax or postal mail.

• A $50 per person cancellation fee will be imposed on cancellations made prior to 30 days before the event.

• No refunds for cancellations received within 30 days of the event.

• Substitutions will be accepted with a $25 change fee.
• All amounts are in US Dollars.
